A New Chapter Begins: Life, Faith, and Music with The Blusician
This week marks the start of something deeply personal and powerfully purposeful: I’ve launched my podcast, Rev. Kenn Blanchard — Blusician: Life, Faith and Music. It’s more than a show—it’s a journal, a testimony, and an invitation to walk with me through the rhythms of life as I hear, play, and live the blues.
For years, my YouTube channel has offered a glimpse into my musical journey—charting my progress, experiments, and attempts at playing publicly. It was an honest space to grow and connect. But now, I’m called to deepen that connection. At this stage of my life, I’m seeking intimacy with those who’ve supported me—and with those yet to find me. I want to share the transitions, struggles, and joys in ways that will inspire, entertain, and perhaps even heal.
Every episode is steeped in the raw authenticity that only blues and real life can deliver. Drawing from my past as a Marine Corps veteran, a federal law enforcement officer, and the voice behind Black Man With A Gun™, this podcast channels all of it—tempered by my calling as a pastor and the tender lessons of being a caregiver. Faith threads through each moment, guiding me as I uncover and reclaim my voice through music.
🎶 Expect stories of resilience.
🙏 Expect reflections on purpose.
🎸 Expect joy—even in life’s minor keys.
If you’ve ever wanted to know what it means to live at the intersection of ministry, music, and vulnerability—this is your backstage pass. I’ll be sharing weekly episodes that feature soulful tunes, heartfelt truths, and a window into the journey of a man trying to make peace with the past while offering hope for the future.
Thank you for being a part of this chapter. I hope you’ll join me in the grooves and grace that make up this new show.
